In which minigame/server does the bug occur:
I believe this happens in every server.

Detailed description of bug:
Ok, so recently I have encountered a terrible lag issue. In 2 days, it happened to me about 4 times. What basically happens is the player jams for a few seconds, then starts moving in slow motion for a while. Generally, that's all. I didn't take a video or anything, and I apologize for that.

It's probably your connection.
Does it also happen on other Minecraft servers? Or just ItsJerryAndHarry's?

 

Just IJAH. My connection is pretty good and this didn't just happen to me. I saw this happen to two friends of mine.

He's talking about connection lag, and the view distance on ItsJerryAndHarry is already pretty low.

 

this may have to do with your location compared to the host's location, like how American players have a lot of lag and connection issues with European servers etc. and vice versa, I really don't know how this can be solved, as AACM was saying though, you can edit some of your settings to reduce lag as well. Even if its only on J&H, that doesn't mean that render distance etc can have an effect, my current settings that work fine on J&H don't work on hypixel etc.

 

Thanks for the reply, but all my settings are quite low. Anyway, I'm not so sure about the location. Perhaps it's the issue?

I believe on the Eurasian side.

 

You'll be getting a little more lag than other players, possibly, due to you having to cross the Trans-Atlantic fiber cable(s).
But shouldn't be horrid, I guess.

 

The thing is... this happened to me more than once and I've been playing the server from the same place for quite a long time. But this never happened to me until now.

 

Trust me @~Wolf I get a 5 bar connection to this server with around 60-80 ping and the server still lags. This seems to be the only server. I live in Minnesota, USA which is fairly close to the host I'm assuming. This is an issue, but I don't know how it can be fixed.
