That's a good question.
I mostly use meh because I am mostly bored. Meh has two meanings.
Its the lazy way of saying me and its just an expression.
So I used Meh as an expression.

 

I'm not into money, the only time I said that was in a thread where the person was feeling bad. I said it to cheer him up. :)

Naruto movies aren't canon :)
Canon episodes are pretty much existent in the manga, fillers do not exist in the manga.

Every movie is not canon, it's a filler movie.
