Mojang banned donating? What will happen with ranks and the server??

So far from what I (and others ) have seen from server chats to GameChap (Youtube) -- "Minecraft NEW RULES for SERVERS: Mojang's Do's and Dont's", apparently Mojang made rules about not charging/making players donate for in-game goods, and to not make money off of minecraft and the servers...What would this mean for our fellow donators who spent 10 - 100+ dollars, ranks, perks, and most importantly the server itself. If Mojang says just to get a refund, some of us can't because we may not have the "receipt" we received in an e-mail (if that is needed, most likely it is just like everything else to get a refund), that also includes removing optifine capes, ranks, and just basically getting goods if you pay.. Does this mean we may loose the server, ranks, perks, and just about everything else we have and love on J&H?

The thread states that J+H are aware of the situation and that something will be planned. It doesn't state explicitly what they'll do... I guess we will have to wait to see what happens.
Be patient, I'm sure they'll reach a solution.
Personally, I don't know just how well Mojang will be able to enforce this... I wonder how the general reaction is, I feel like Mojang's clarification was less of a compromise and more of a restriction ...
