Pokemon X and Y - Thread - Poll Question #1 -

Hey! This is a thread for the games Pokemon X and Y. I know it came out like a month ago, but it's still fun to make these threads! Talk about the Poll Questions put up each week, and friend codes (if you can post them :P). Answer the poll question!

He was a legend in gen 1.

 

Mewtwo's more powerful than Arceus....
but I could 2-hit KO it with an easy combo. Yvetal + Big root + Oblivion wing.
Xerneas beats Yvetal, but since poison is a common strategy Xerneas will die slowly and painfully.

Now it's either Zygarde or Yvetal. Both are weak to Xerneas' Moonblast or Dazzling Gleam, but Yvetal has better stats, despite Zygarde being immune to electric.

So it's probably Yvetal or Xerneas (depending on how you strategize)

From memory, I remember that Yvetal is a dark type. Mega Mewtwo Y could probably kill it with Aura Sphere.

Xerneas? Not like I can't learn a poison type move like sludge bomb or whatever. Staring at Zygarde would just make me throw an ice beam in the face. Done.

Mega Mewtwo Y is simply too fast to counter.

 

Yvetal has Oblivion wing, which is super effective against psychic. And It's a Dark/Flying combo, so Aura Sphere is a neutral attack. And I mean Xerneas can easily be countered by poison, with it's fairy status

No, oblivion wing is not super effective against psychic.. where did you get that from? Mega Mewtwo Y can also tank special moves pretty well, so..

Well, I think prior to gen VI , brave bird etc. was super effective, or it's just most psychics are supported by a secondary type weak to flying

Yeah, but there's a ton of problems with that for facing it on Yvetal
