I'm putting my part in for my thread.
I wasn't the one who started the raid.
Plus, glitches are part of the game.
There are ways to avoid being glitched in by others.
Plus, from what I know, they spent a while trying to get in, but managed it.
I was surprised at first how well you took being raided.
I'm guessing you were mainly pissed off at Dmuds due to me adding you for a short time, and then they kicked you due to Dmuds denying you, and I didn't know that then.
The past is the past, I mean, small factions can make it big.
SA, is sorta big, we are laying low cause #YOLO.

But just remember this; your faction was raided by us, and then Willy joined, and spawned that big wither killing most of us.
I mean, come on. You gotta admit, that was a tiny bit funny x3

 

Even though you told me about this situation yesterday, thank you, Dao. :)
I will keep this in mind next time and learn from my mistakes.
I am also extremely sorry about setting a bad example for staff, and not only that, I am sorry, @JULTAR1000, for hurting you in any way.
I hope you guys can forgive both me and others so that we can move on from this whole argument. :)

Thank you @RobyNub1337 I have noticed this has gone for quite awhile. I knew that each side needed to stop the nonsense when they just kept on trying to make their point right and that the other side is totally wrong. Thank you for breaking this loose.

 

What I want to know is why it had to be -me- that did it. Why did the other staff members, who were actually participating in the effected threads, and therefore knew already of how far this was going, not intervene? Isn't it your job to intervene when flame wars start? (Not just you magical; this goes out to all staff.)

First off, 100 thanks to Dao for finally solving this problem. I'll confess, I was against Jult, and some of the actions made by my side were over-the-top, but we viewed Jultar as a pest.

But, I will say this:

Jultar, you brought this apon yourself, imo. We told you over and over, "Don't rage if you don't like factions, just don't play it." ect. ect, but you insisted and persisted on your complaining and prejudice torwards EFDF members and innocent bystanders. We tried to be polite in the beginning, but we lost it(both sides, ofc)

I dont want to get in on this either but also on ts he was a bit rude to me when I was trying to have a good conversation :( but i dont want to start a new conflict

 

I wasn't in this, I just stayed out of it. I knew it was going to turn into something bad, so trying to stop it would make it worse. I wanted to see if they could resolve the problem themselves. Unfortunately they cannot. Why does Factions get people so raged? After all, it IS only a game.

Games are NOT supposed to make you sad and frustrated and start bullying and raging at all of your friends. It's supposed to let you have a fun challenging time WITH your friends along your side, on the internet or right next to you in real life. Factions does separate that apart, but it's all just a friendly competition on who's on top, not a fight. Sure, your friends aren't right next to you or in an enemy faction, but that doesn't mean you're not friends anymore!

Violence, whether it'd be feelings, physical or mental, is never the solution to a problem. Flame wars just support that, making you just more bad. If you want to get out of a flame war, simply do not respond. If you have something BAD to say, then don't say it and keep it to yourself. It's better to keep your own negative opinions about something/someone than to let it out at them, bringing in innocent people who never even got related to this now in the flame war. For the innocent people who do get brought into it somehow, simply don't respond. It's that easy. Yes, you may have the urge too, but just let it out at something like a pillow instead at other people.

One last final word. If you want to be treated nicely, then treat others nicely. You'll get the treatment in return. Treat others the way YOU want to be treated.

End of rant.
