Give a silly reason why the person above you should be a staff

The title says pretty much all.
If you didn't get what the title says, which would be pretty awkward, then here is an example: Let's say that the latest person that posted in this thread was Jesper The End.
So, I'll write:

Added to staff, for having an intro without any sound!

Super silly, huh? Well, I don't know if you would really want to be THAT silly, because that was really silly. Maybe something like that:

Added to staff, for making genius maps.

That might be better. Oh, and if a staff would post here, then give a silly reason why he should be an owner, and if an owner posts here (Which probably won't happen, but YOLO!), then you need to say why he should be in a panel of Minecon, and what the panel would be about (The panel should also be silly as well).
For two more examples:
Let's say @zezze_99 posted above me, so I'll post:

Became an owner, because we can call him very quickly with "ZZ" without having to write a whole "zezze".

(Silly, you can type "zez" in the chat without sending, and then press tab)

And another example:
Let's say @ItsJerry posted above me (This would never happen :D), so I'll write:

Be in a "Farts" Minecon panel, for having the most holy farts in Minecraftia!

Kinda silly, not really, because it's true, Jerry has the most holy farts in Minceraft. (Yes I wrote Minceraft, I have a special reason, try to get why I wrote it! Wow, two games in one shot! GG!)

So you get the idea, right? OK!
Let me just put the dramatic drums here:

Because chicken starts with c, and so does camel. Camels live in the desert. Cacti also live in the desert, cacti are spiky. Knives are also spiky. Knives are used to kill people. If you kill you go to jail. Jail smells bad. Farts also smell bad. Jerry and harry like to fart. So they should hire chickenbits to become a mod.

I think a few people here didn't get what I said, so I'll explain it: You don't write why YOU need to be a staff, you write why THE PERSON ABOVE YOU needs to be staff (Don't forget, in a silly way! That's the most important thing here!)
