Other Games [No Wi-Fi for Nintendo] Has Nintendo shut down?

Lately, I see games that are owned by Nintendo go down on there Wi-Fi. I don't know why but can you guys and gals help me?

What do you mean platform? idk what that is. You mean platform as in normal or something else?

 

He means video game platforms like PS4 or Xbox or 3DS.

 

Well in this case like DS (any type) WII, etc

 

Ok, the Wii and DS is so far. Btw, X-box is not Nintendo.

 

I don't know about the DS
But, I know the Wii has been shut down in a lot of places.

 

U no Super Smash Bros. Brawl? Well that game is shut down to! It's on the Wii.

 

Yeah, I loved that game. The Wii has been discontinued :(
You can still play, just not online.

 

My connections work out just fine on a 3DS on my pokemon games...
Anything other than 3DS games and DS games I think Nintendo shut the wifi down.

 

I personally think shutting the wifi down on their most popular platforms was a bad move for Nintendo

Because it cost money to keep servers up that have millions of people on them and they don't earn money on their old games now.

 

finally! The truth!

 

Nintendo pulled the Wifi interactions for DS and Wii since there is now the Wii U and 3DS etc, and it's costing money to keep those servers up.

 

The Wii and DS Wi-Fi went down on May 20th, almost a week ago. Unfortunately I found that out the hard way :(

 

Awkwardly I can still go onto pokemon B&W and still go onto the GTS...

I hate how everyone is complaining about this.
They needed to. It was too much money for something that wasn't used often. Sure, you may be sad now, but in about a month? No one will care.

 

Nintendo is just a money hoarder company. They don't care about people playing on servers. They care about their MONEY.
