I think you guys are misunderstanding what they mean by hacking. The gaming community loves to use the word, "Hack", to a different use than what it truly means.

These "Hacked Clients" are just minecraft clients with cheat codes and nothing more.

    Hack
use a computer to gain unauthorized access to data in a system.
"they hacked into a bank's computer"

That is the definition of the word, "Hack". You want an Example of hacking? Here's a good one:

Hacked clients are not what they mean by hacks. So no, their account cannot be suspended by the cheat clients

False. Absolutely False. Mojang terms of use clearly states that hacked clients of the game, and distributing hacked clients of the game are FORBIDDEN.

    PLUS,
it also says that using cheats or mod(ifacations) to cheat in servers or ruin the experience, are also against the rules. That is partly why ZexyZek could not make any more trolling vids. So you think Mojang does not care if people come and hack their client, and then come and just troll people on servers and ruin the experience of the game? I think not. Read the Terms Of Use before you come and make an argument here...

It's funny. You keep saying that my statements are false, yet you do not bring anything to support your claims.

Now, this quote comes EXACTLY FROM Minecraft Guidelines to brand and assets, as Mojang Terms of use AND Minecraft's Terms of use had nothing in them about hacking.

    Code:
    WHAT YOU CAN DO

    NON-COMMERCIAL THINGS

We are very relaxed about things you do for yourself. Pretty much anything goes there - so go for it and have fun just don‘t distribute anything we've made etc.

    We are also quite relaxed about other non-commercial things so feel free to create and share videos, screen shots, independently created mods (that don't use any of our Assets), fan art, machinima etc;

However if you want to use any Name in the title of a product that you distribute or service that you provide (even if it is for free) then you have to:

    -follow the Essential Requirements;

-do so in a way that honestly and fairly describes those things or the purpose of them; and

-ensure that the Name (which includes any confusingly similar name) is not the first word and don‘t use any other aspect of any of our Brands or Assets as part of any related branding, including as or as part of any logo.
This applies especially if you want to set up and run blogs, servers, community forums, fan sites, fan clubs, news groups, events and gatherings.
As seen there, which came STRAIGHT FROM Mojang.com, it says that modded(hacked) clients are allowed. AND, as seen in my previous post, Hacking is the use of a computer to get into a prohibited place in an unlawful way. AND, I stated that gamers love to use "Hacking" as "cheat codes". It's pretty clear Mojang doesn't give two shits if you use modded clients, and won't suspend your account.

Your arguement is so invalid right now.

    You contradicted your own statement...

    1. mod·i·fi·ca·tion
      ˌmädəfəˈkāSHən/
      noun
      1. the action of modifying something.
"the parts supplied should fit with little or no modification"
        synonyms:softening, moderation, tempering, qualification More

        • a change made.
          plural noun: modifications
"there will be a number of modifications to the engines"

      hack1
      hak/
      verb
      1. 1.
cut with rough or heavy blows.
        "hack off the dead branches"
synonyms:cut, chop, hew, lop, saw; More

      2. 2.
use a computer to gain unauthorized access to data in a system.
"they hacked into a bank's computer"

You can't say Modded clients are the same thing as hacked clients, you said yourself that hacking is different...

I surrounded the word "hacked" in parenthases so that others can relate "modded" with "hacked". Going into technical terms from slang can confuse many people, so "technical term(slang term)" helps people understand my arguement. Your not the only person in my audience,.

Actually, Mojang isn't going to ban hackers from their game.
I remember watching the MineCon livestream, after they interviewed Notch. People were asking him questions.
One of the people asked Notch "Are Mojang going to do something about hackers?"
Notch told him that Minecraft is a sandbox game, and that at the moment, they are not planning to add an anti-hacking system (This is what I remember, I'm not sure if I'm correct.)

Also, they would have a really big amount of reports to handle.

Edit: that wasn't a Notch interview, I don't remember what part of MineCon it was...
