    You can buy RAM and add it to your computer, but the problem is not RAM or the processor. It is probably that you have an outdated graphics card. Might as well buy a new computer if you can, one with dedicated graphics and not integrated graphics.

    The new host will not make a difference. It might decrease or increase lag, but FPS cannot be affected.

    Unless the server owners decided to change the view-distance, which would both slightly increase lag and considerably reduce FPS. In that case, render distance can be turned down client side.

    Usually around 40-50 FPS with Optifine
    Without Optifine it's around 30-40 FPS
    Highest was: 90 FPS

    I find that optifine helps me get a higher fps.. Wierd.

    60-ish on servers.
    i need a mac, and not a tiny laptop XD

    What you guys bashing about?

    DELL is a Reseller Company They put stuff together and sell it with a branding logo. So dell don't make good/bad pc's on their own. So if it's a bad pc blame the parts manufactory like intel, amd, gigabyte etc. Lack of knowledge .-.

    If I'm on a map with builds or on a server, it ranges from about 60-100 with all settings on max. On a flatland with a small render distance I got to 270

    My lowest was 40 FPS.
    And no, I didn't allocate any ram.. and I'm too lazy to do so lol
