Hey, everything is fine. It usually takes up to 10-20 minutes depending on how busy the system is and how fast it takes to accept your order

 

Edit your original post instead of posting.

Clear out your inventory, go to your base, wait 10-20 minutes, and if it still still doesn't work, email info@itsjerryandharry.com with proof of purchase and not received item
