This is a complicated question. Prepare for an illogical post.
1 represents 1. Pancakes represent food which means life. Mappy is a Scout playing as an Engineer. Lila is a nice helper. Caity is also a nice helper. Life has a purpose... it is to make life have a purpose.

So, due to some property in math, it is safe to assume that it is equal to:

1 + (-Scout) + Engineer + Nice helper + Nice helper - life's purpose

Which is equal to:

1 + slowness + 11 + 2(Nice helper) - life's purpose

Since life's purpose is to give life a purpose, we can safely conclude that life's value is 0, leaving behind this equation

12 + slowness + 2(Nice helper)

Nice helper = -1 burden for staff, so

12 + slowness + 2 (-1)
12 + slowness + (-2)
10 = slowness
Slowness / 10 = 0
