New game? :O

Just asking if theres any game devs out there xD I have a game that I REALLY WANT that I hoped it exist but not... Its like the anime hunter x hunter <-- if u didnt know go watch dem anime its nice :D And I want a game related to it... but in that anime theres this part called "Greed Island" that they collect cards and you can use it, but theres a limited amount that each card exist, so example you have this "Rock" card and it says you can have maximum 50, the whole game, if every player collects the Rock card (50 of em) then you cant collect anymore as it reached the limit... if you read till here you are awesome... but anyways WATCH DA ANIME!!! www.gogoanime.com just find the Hunter x Hunter 2011 and watch from Episode 1 its nice and awesome. If you watch you are going to watch it every single day like I did xD But if you still read till here YOU ARE VERY VERY AWESOME... but byeeeeee!

I know about Hunter x Hunter, but I don't know if I remember.
And yeah, its nice to have a sentence periods.
After collecting the cards, what so you do?

 

There are exactly 100 sequenced cards (if I remember clearly) and once you have collected all of the cards except 99, something magical happens, and a test to see if you have remember things about every card you collected. The whole game will be taking the test. And the person with the most corrects get the card "99" and then you go into a kingdom, some people will give you a box, and you can bring cards from your deck you collected home to the real world (I think I can call this the end) because the "real world" in the anime is just the same world the island is in. And you can have battles in the game. You can force someone to give their cards to you as the cards are transferable. ALL of the cards can be used by using a command in the anime called uhh sorry I forgot, but if they say that word and take that card from the deck, that nen (the power in the anime) ability will come to life. If you kill someone, that person thats dead, the cards will all vanish. But if you hurt them lots and you make them give you their cards, then you can basically take all of their cards. I would also like a power creating system in the game (might be quite hard) but if you watch the anime you might be able to have like a character making page and you can choose which one you want (I believe its called hatsu o.o) but you can not choose specialist (this class has every kind, manipulator, emitter, conjurer, enhancer and transmuter.) You can choose from any of the five so you can create your own abilities, I wont have to explain too much about which type can make which powers because if you watch the anime you will know all bout dis stuff! If you read till this far you are very enduring.

 

There's many programs out there to create your own games. For example there's Game Maker and Construct 2.
