Terraria is one of my favorite games other than Minecraft. Talk about the game here!

 

I got the xbox. I have a legendary tizona & I'm ranked 923 on the leaderboards in distance. Also, Im 2518 on the leaderboard for bosses killed.

 

I have the PC version.

Oh and last night, I just got the tattered fairy wings, which are the best wings you can get in the game (unattainable wings aside).

Also, I have a suggestion when fighting Plantera: Use the Death Reaper (that one scythe) and spam it at Plantera. Make sure there is enough room for you to dodge his attacks.

 

i dont like it. too much like mc. (dont like the graphics) and idk what it the point of the game.

 

I have the Kindle version, I'm confused

 

I have it on PC. It's so hard to get hard-mode minerals and I am scared as fawk to take on the bosses xD

 

CORRECTION TRAIN TIME.

First of all, it seems like everyone naturally says "too much like minecraft", when that's further from the truth. Minecraft is more focused on building, and Terraria is focused on boss fighting and gearing up. Minecraft has little variety in terms of the Weapon and Enemy department, while Terraria has tons.

Second, I don't see how anyone would enjoy the graphics of Minecraft but not like the graphics of Terraria. In fact, Terraria is probably more strong artwise.

Third, you don't know the point of the game? That sounds like a way of saying "I didn't care enough to play."


Terraria is an amazing game, although it's not as fun as Minecraft, but only because of the servers. If you presented me vanilla Minecraft (as in no mods, texture packs, servers) and vanilla Terraria, I would probably choose Terraria. The only bad part is Terraria reaches a point in every world where there isn't anything to do anymore.

 

True that. Terraria is so complicated and intricate . . . It's hard for me to get my head around souls and stuff ;-;

TBH, Terraria pumps adrenaline more than MC, which I love about it.

 

Definitely. And don't worry, eventually you'll get all of the things in Hardmode.

I recently played through Terraria for the second time, with friends. We're currently doing Hardcore rounds in Terraria.

 

I nearly have a full set of palladium armor, Night's Edge, crystal storm, shotgun, minishark, magical dagger, Meteor Hamaxe, and Palladium Drill. I just got angel wings and stupidly sold my spectre boots without realizing it. I havent beat any of the bosses yet, and wont until I get a full set of palladium armor :P

I found out that hardmode ores spawn better in underground desert biomes, so I've been looking there :D

 

I have Beetle armor (except I have a chlorophite helmet), tattered fairy wings, Terra Blade, a picksaw, and many other awesome things.

Btw, is palladium armor better than beetle armor, or is beetle armor the best?

 

I LOVED Terraria, very fun game. Thing is it got VERY boring when all I had to find titanium to make good enough armor to fight hardmode bosses. I kinda had to restart my entire pc because of a problem and never played again... should I come back?

 

That's up to you. It's a really good game, though, and the game had an update a little while back so there's new stuff.

 

ehhh still doesnt sound good and i played it horrible in my opinion. i played it onmy ps3 the demo version.

 

I get 32 Defense from Palladium armor, and I get major regen if I hit something, as a set bonus :D

I also nearly killed the twins o-o

If it's not PC, it sucks.

I assume you're referring to Terraria on console?
Because they finally got Terraria 1.2 on the console versions. It only took them more then half a year.

 

Yeah, I tried playing it on Xbox, controls suck so much.
