This forum works with MyBB code, so at any time you could have types (b) but with brackets and then done (/b) to end it.

Excellent change, though maybe next update bring back the red color over the updates when there's updates at all; I just think that looked much nicer and gave it more character. That said, its not horribly important. I mean, seriously, if there's a number besides 0 in there, I can tell there's updates. It just looked nicer when it turned red to signal it. :)

(I work with AJ on another project)

I've sent AJ a few patches from when I upgraded another forum. They should address:

• Adding the mini avatar back to the user bar
• Adding back the alert red gradient background
• Fixing the broken user bar in certain areas of the forum
• Fixing the header text box crashing into the logo on smaller viewports
• Fixing zero alerts showing

I hope he gets these patches applied ASAP for you guys.
