Silent, Optifine is not a client (It's a client-mod)... I am pretty sure that almost everyone knows about it lol...
I might be releasing my own modpack, which is Optifine, McCapes, and Damage Indicators, if ya guys want! :)
umm... you don't have the rights to release any of these mods... Even if you give credit to the creators. I wouldn't suggest you doing that.
You hit the MIRROR button, then open it without nay .jar opening stuff. It's common sense from there on out. Mirror is better since it's faster (at least for me)
It's a modpack, which means I didnt create the mods, but I combined them. Ofcourse I wont say, "ALL MADE BY PERCUSSERS, CODED BY PERCUSSERS, FOR PERCUSSERS". I know the legal business yo. Besides, I dont think they are gonna sue one person for using their mod in a downloadable modpack, in which credit for the specified mod was given.
True, you can 'create' the modpack by combining mods but you're not allowed to publish it or make it downloadable in any way.
So, you're saying I can put songs today in a soundpack because of copyright? Which, I just did. What makes you think that I'll get sued anyway if I put it in a small forum like this just for the community? Small chance, yo.
You have to get permission from everyone involved in making the mods (so anyone that helped code) to put it ANYWHERE on the internet. Yes putting it on a forum is likely to not get noticed, but it's still violating the copyright on those mods.
