You will find this hard to believe.... Guess what?! I have never EVER watched T.V in my life. I threw it mine out of the window when I was 4 because my brother stuck a sticker of Ben 10 and Jack Sparrow [the pirate], I was scared at that time that they would kill me in my sleep, thats why I kept the light on when I slept for 2 years. True story.
Those of you who randomly choose TWD because "MLP sucks" go and watch the show. As a child I fell in love with My Little Ponies, Clifford, Dragon Tales, and several other happy and adorable kids shows. I'm sure many of you did too. MLP used to have normal looking horses, and ponies with little adventures to go on the train alone for the first time and deliver a letter to someone far away. It was pretty good. BUT, now the show has changed for the better. The ponies are cuter than ever, they go on giant adventures to teach them about why friendship is important, and how to be brave when you are scared. We have all different kinds of people represented in this show: Twilight: A bookworm, very smart. Rarity: A pretty pony obsessed with makeup and dresses, though kind and helpful. Apple Jack: Strong willed, and a brave pony. Rainbowdash: Enthusiastic, crazy, "reach for the stars" type of pony. Pinkie Pie: Always happy in the worst situations, and can always find an answer to a problem. Fluttershy: Shy and loves animals, but can be brave when it is most needed. See, this is a great lesson to learn from a show, especially at a young age when children develop the most qualities they will have when they grow up. TWD now, lets see... Uhh zombie apocalypse what can we learn from that... How to fight and kill zombies? How to let go of people when they have been bitten? How to find shelter with no zombies in it? Yea, I'd much rather watch My Little Ponies.
Here, corrected you. Also, people like TWD because it's exciting and suspenseful, and highly captivating to people who love action. By the way, MLP is so very amazing that it even captivated the interests of millions of males age 13-30 who nobody EVER thought would even give a crap about ponies.
:L The show captures the cruelty of mankind. Shows do not have to always have morals, this show does but unfortunately I lost all those reasons to a copy and paste incident. Plus, it's more exciting and makes most people on the edge of their seat which makes them wanna watch the next episode. People like excitement and drama. I would much rather watch, a man go insane from losing his wife and thinking he lost his baby vs 6 little ponies go jumping through the woods, to deliver a note to the queen, which they all sound the same, yet the queen is larger? The show is so amazing it has taken the hearts of many (see what I did there?). 8-70 yr old's enjoy the show, and come back every week to watch it.
I never watched TWD so I can't tell if I like it or not xD Plus, I've been a Brony for a long time, and I really like MLP P:
So that's what you think ponies are? Sorry, but you are utterly mistaken. 6 little ponies - I know it's called My Little Pony, but the only ponies who I would call little are the younger characters, like the Cutie Mark Crusaders. Jumping through the woods - I know they kind of do that in the series premiere, but they go through many, many, many more adventures than just that. Deliver a note to the queen - You mean friendship letters? Those were sent by Twilight in every season 1 episode, by all of the main 6 in seasons 2 and 3, but they were quit doing them in season 4. They still continuously learn friendship lessons though. They all sound the same - Are you deaf or something? The queen is larger - You mean Princess Celestia? No shit Sherlock. She rules Equestria together with her younger sister, Princess Luna. Also, people like the show because it isn't just some mushy love and friendship crap. It has a diverse cast of highly realistic and relatable characters, with episodes that beautifully combine storyline, humor, and character. We bronies like the show for a reason.
I tried to watch MLP once, I almost barfed by the amount of singing and rainbows there were...I'm not hating dough, one of my friends is Brony... Besides, I like PvZ and TWD, so TWD it iz.
Yus, yus it was. No offense to you guys who love MLP, but...I got scarred for life after watching that. Better check that off my bucket list.
I wanna watch the next episode of My Little Ponies. They do much more than hop through the woods to deliver a letter. The show is not scary, nor cruel. I'd rather be watching this show and laughing and smiling, than be hiding under my covers with the volume down to 5 because people are dying and screaming.
I thought it would fit right in with the 3 page argument between bronies and walking dead fanboys. This argument makes no sense.
I never thought this would cause so many problems. I think both shows are good, but it really depends on your own preference. If you like seeing people die by getting eaten by zombies, watch TWD. If you wanna see happy cartoon ponies, unicorns, and pegasus's go on magic adventures watch MLP.
It's nice that we all have opinions but if you're going to poke fun at TWD please get your facts straight. :3 It's not about zombies killing people, though that does happen a lot. There are lessons you can learn in TWD and lessons you can learn in MLP. I'm sure it isn't just about ponies hopping through the woods but I'd rather watch TWD. I would like it if you would do some research before you make fun of TWD. Thanks. ^._.^
