To everybody who thinks I got Helper from Dylan, please explain why you keep telling me? Do you like to see me

 

We don't think you got helper from DWG, but we do think you dating him helped increase your chances.

Edit: That's really only what we think, read Harry's post on the bias thread.

 

Everyone are pretty frustrated about the whole 'favouritism' thing, so they think the fact that you guys are dating helped you get helper rank, if it's not true it shouldn't bother you, not that I'm saying it is true, I'm just trying to help...

 

Some of you guys have been real jerks to caity lately. Honestly, you guys have been yelling at caity for a stupid reason. It's funny because did you guys know that Dylan didn't have the chance to vote? He was at school, and some of you know that he doesn't live that far away from me and the only reason I was not at school was because I was sick. I was on teamspeak most of the day, j&h got on around 2:45, just about the time I get out of school. Though, a few mods were not there and 1 of them was Dylan. They were on around 20-30 minutes, shortly after they got off I went to go on forums to see if anything was new. I noticed on caity's profile it said helper. Anyways that's my story of how I remember it.

The point is some of you guys are not thinking about this. This is like saying Obama trying to get Michelle Obama to be the vice president of the United States. For all I know they probably wouldn't let Dylan vote. Some of you guys are yelling at what could be the best mod. Caity, in my opinion, I think is doing a fantastic job as a mod.

Even If I was like for example, Magical's brother/Boyfriend/future husband/bff/mate/School buddy.
It wouldn't Increase a single chance for me.

It's about the effort. Saying "I'm *staff member's name* relative, so can I be promoted" Is gonna get you lower chances.
Caitlyn dating Dylan Isn't the reason she got a rank. And also not because they are a very young couple :P

 

This is discrimination towards such a young girl. Let her be, pleaaasssee! This isn't fair for her. It's just that people are jealous. Little jealous kids that make a freakin issue to complain about to get their way.

 

Alright guys listen.

-Dylan was not there during the voting for helpers.

-Dylan did not recommend her, it was other staff members (Including me).

-Most of those who voted didnt know they were dating

-She got recommended way before they started dating.

- Her chances did not increase by her dating Dylan, period.

I honestly feel that people make up wild stories about how a certain staff member get his or her rank :p I'm pretty sure people used to say I got my rank because someone was getting demoted (Which never happened) Dont worry Cait, you earned the rank.

Anyways, what Lila said Is completely true. People are hating on her for stupid reasons.

To Heatdude : What you said was extremely rude to Caitlyn. Yet you applied for a staff position? You were too violent towards her.

I doubt you would get a better chance of getting the staff position.

All you said Is complete BS, She Isn't a worthless Helper for complaining about Mini-modding.
She only said It's stupid to mini-mod while staff members are online. When staff are gonna answer questions, People answer It before them and they will look bad Infront of the owners.

I think It's very annoying, and I don't blame Animoes how only rules can stop us.
But sometimes, you just need to leave It for the staff members, If they don't answer, then answer It.
Caitlyn was just trying to help. She Isn't making her own rules, she Is trying to make this Into a better community as It is getting more Immature people/Idiots.

So anyway, For everyone saying she got higher chances for dating Dylan = No. She didn't, as Harry said, Dylan wasn't there during the voting. And Staff members surf through like 5-10 pages of the staff applications, and they choose which one Is better.
