The Final Boss Strikes - Pixel Art

I feel like I'm kinda improving on pixel art, so here's what I did after, like, a day or two of working on this.

The silhouette is a fully black version of another sprite I did last week.

I made this scene this weekend, but redid all the coloring and stuff to make it look better.
Here was the original that I did this weekend and improved upon, in all of it's blurry goodness:
