What do you guys think of this forged Skype message?

*note i didn't make this, i was told i said this somebody but i clearly didn't.

let's start with a few obvious clues that got me to my conclusion (obviously i didn't send it so that threw me off)



The 5 dots are just... no. I never have nor will I use 5 dots.

The right side shows some obvious "painting" over something.

The bottom shows how it overlaps with the bottom.

What do you guys think of this forged message, and what should I say to the person that sent me this?
