The everlasting debate ROBLOX vs Minecraft (Warning: This has minimal to medium swearing, if you hate swearing DO NOT WATCH)
From having expirience on both, Roblox is for 5 years old the want to be OP Minecraft is for people who want a challenge. Done, thats it.
I play Minecraft, it's an awesome game. I've never played Roblox, it sounds like something for 8-year-olds, but I did see my little sister play it once.
Roblox, meh, I didn't really like it but it had many things it in which made it unique. Minecraft is better doe.
ROBLOX has its perks if you go to old games that are still up, there are less noobs, the community at old/less popular games are awesome. Then when you go to popular games, you find all the noobs and hackers and spammers. Minecraft is epic, none the less. I haven't played online but from looking at the mass of reports, I can say its not a break from the noobs(where do you think they came from)
I can honestly tell you, I do not and will not go look into a mirror and say that lol, but I had to ask my friend what Roblox is...
Roblox v Minecraft...what a surprise. I've played both, and I have to say that Minecraft is better. Roblox: Full of complete noobs. They can't do about a thing and most of the time rage. It has some OK games, however, they are full of glitches. If you hit a certain block, you will go flying out of the map. You cannot die of fall damage. Minecraft: Sure, it has bugs, all games do. Compared to roblox however, it has less by a land slide. Minecraft to me was actually a challenge. Thousands of servers on roblox? Try millions on Minecraft.
This is absolutely something I HATE. The argument's been going around my bus for a while, Minecraft always winning.
here's what I experienced from both games. roblox: my time on the servers there was pretty crappy, people (or should I say 5-10 year old kids) were pretty annoying, worse than the average annoying kids on minecraft. there "comments" section was spam idiots believed. many of the games were inappropriate considering there creators try as much to be as violent as COD world at war and roblox there selves do nothing about it. "builders club" was just something people brought to become popular and/or create mass maps. and before I left I realized there were ripping off minecraft. and the annoying part was to try to get my brother to stop playing that poor game minecraft (I played this after qutting roblox) : minecraft (xbox 360 edition) for me was a game I experienced great freedom since there was no levels or real xp back then and of course membership (not including servers). after building my first masterpiece which was bad I still felt great accomplishment. then I found a dungeon by tring to find why there was so many mobs and I found the mysterious mob spawner, and I got sick of mining it with my fists, so I looked up on minecraft wiki what you need to mine them. then I looked at other blocks and I realized there is MUCH more in the pc version of minecraft then the xbox 360 edition at this time. so I kept reading about the unknown blocks for then then eventually I brought it for PC. then after playing singleplayer for long enough I decided to try out multiplayer for the first time, which I feared the coumminty would be crappy like roblox, the first server I went on was crappy so I left and gave up multiplayer for a month, then some of my friends suggested servers that I can play on, which I didn't really like. then one day, my brothers friend told me about this server that is cool (which is jerryandharry) and then I knew this would be the server for me. there is more I can type but I think you wouldn't read that much but if you did you would know that minecraft is 2 steps forward than roblox EDIT: now after watching both videos, the first one was really a great lesson but the second shows how much "pride" the roblox kids have. they remind me of the forsworn for skyrim, they appear in med-large groups and they shout their beliefs, but the roblox kids (don't be hating on the next few sentences) seem to be biased, when I saw a video on minecraft it looked stupid, but playing it was a whole different experience.
