locked stone?

in which minigame/server does the bug occur: peaceful survival

Detailed description of bug: my friend placed a sign (it's not needed anymore but when i tried to break it i couldn't), and when i placed a stone block next to it, that was locked too?

 

i was going to wait for her to get on, but she's been inactive lately and probably won't be online to destroy it for at least another week or two.

 

Unclaim the land where the signed is placed then try removing it and claiming it back. Unclaiming the land where the specific locked item is located removes it since it is no longer protected, I’ve tried it. Blocks usually get that lock feature when theres a sign place on it so thats no bug.

 

As long as the person is in your faction, I'm sure staff would be willing to remove the locks for you. I had a lot of problems with my faction members locking things on the old server but a staff member was able to unlock stuff for me right away.

 

How to unlock something.

1. Unclaim that chunk with /f unclaim o
2. Place a block in front of the locked entity
3. Destroy both blocks
4. Reclaim that chunk with /f claim o

 

Do what Golem said in-game then reply to this thread what happens.
