[Skyblock] Tips on how to avoid being scammed!

I know another good one too. If you do not scam ask for the person to give you their item first instead of vice versa. I do this and have never been scammed in any minecraft server.

Always remember to have the F2 button (Picture button) ready when tping to someone.
I recently bought 5 mob spawners with my real money, I think that was cheaper than the ppl who sell them in-game, and it's scam free.
Remember to find a way to make books you can write in, then you can write in them all "You are a fat scammer"
or something to insult them because they scammed you. Then you can say in the server chat that they scammed you.

There are other ways to do discipline, but I have actually alot of special ways.

One more thing, if you are purchasing a mob spawner cage from someone, check /list. If they are not a donator and their name is not under the category 'Mobspawner', then odds are that they don't have one. It's possible that they may have bought one from someone who did donate for one, but it is not likely they'd want to re-sell it. (Not sure if the whole /list thing is still the same as before; if not, disregard this.)
