To you guys who think your results aren't true:
I also used to think my results were false. But the more you think about it, you will realize that this probably represents you well, unless your results are actually false, and if so, see below.

Try to honestly answer these questions on the picture above for yourself or ask someone else to answer them for you, and if your results are false, you'll easily find what suits you the best.

Look, for instance I used to have sensing in my results, but that's because I wasn't being honest in my answers. I took the test as I wanted to see myself, not how I really was. I've truly always been very intuitive.
I used to think I was an introvert but I've truly always been an extrovert.
It's very confusing at first, but you'll relate more and more as you look at yourself and start understanding who you are.

If you still have doubts, go on /r/mbti and ask them. You'll easily find your personality type there.

 

I mean, if you're defining your personality using online tests and 4chan, that's alright. I personally don't. I just don't think personality features like being introverted, being a leader and logic/feelings can be blatantly measured on a graph, especially when they're based on so few questions.

The details about my "personality type" in the image you showed are mostly true, but they don't include many other things that appear in other personality types that match me. They're just really generic things that match a lot of people.

Personality features are not measured by units. (unlike, for example, human height or weight measurements). Of course there are physical things that make you act in a certain way, but the test isn't using physical measurement. It's simply a bunch of people who decided, for example, "hmm, if this person thinks it's important that nobody gets hurt in an argument, they use feelings over facts". You may agree with them, but it's an opinion and not a fact. I personally think it's important to base arguments on facts, but I'm not always going to push my facts in people's faces even if it goes along with hurting them.

If you like the idea of defining yourself, it's all good, but I don't need to be convinced that these online quizes are real.

 

Still, you can always consider someone I or E, N or S, T or F and P or J, and most people of the same personality type will act the same way as other people of the same personality type. This can be useful in having a deeper understanding of who you are, especially if this is what you are trying to do and are having a hard time doing so.

Of course, you will not relate to everything they say about a certain type, and of course, this is very vague, but I do believe it is useful and is a legitimate way of understanding some parts of your personality.
