    At least this removes the following problems..

    Post farming,
    Like farming.

    Even do I wasted my spamming days back in May..

    Hopefully the complaining threads about people farming for WKM/fights about ranks will no longer exist...
    Removing ranks is actually a good idea.

    It's funny how many of the people who resisted rank removal are now like "Oh yeah, it's a good idea. Glad they did it." Seem legit.

    This post suggests that the default xenforo ranks we had before will be replaced by another pre-defined set of ranks, so no being happy about getting rid of ranks just yet. They will probably be obtained through other means or they will have the same, pointless, affect.

    All I want to say is that pre-defined ranks cause other people to want said ranks if they don't have them, and those with those ranks to feel like they're "better" than those who don't.

    Custom ranks are custom, so they eliminate this as you can have whatever you want (other than certain things that can be censored for obvious reasons). We have been told that we will not get custom ranks.

    All I'm saying is we can have custom ranks, or no ranks without problems. You won't let us have custom ranks, so no ranks is the easiest option.
